API Proxy not created with Proxy Bundle

I tried to import a API Proxy using zip file from the below location. It stucks in "Uploading proxy..."

Did anyone try creating a proxy using the below code?

are you trying to import using GUI?
I am having the same problem. It's stuck in "Uploading proxy..."

I am also having the same problems not able to upload a proxy from the Create Proxy -> bundle proxy link .
