@victoria , Welcome to Apigee Community.

Yes, You can use any 3rd party drupal theme. You might need to override some of the template files like App Listing in the third party theme that you enable.

It should work since Apigee Developer Portal is like any other Drupal distribution & Built on top of Drupal CMS.
