With the latest release of the Apigee Maven Deploy plugin (v1.2.1) and Apigee Maven Config plugin (v1.4.1), we have included the HTTPS proxy support. Please refer to the documentation for more info.
You can provide your proxy configuration in your settings.xml and the plugin will automatically pull this info and use them while making the Management API calls. The plugin only support https for proxy protocol. For more info on configuring your proxy, check this Maven doc
