Monitoring: Apigee 4.18.5 + TICK = success!

I was able to get TICK stack working with Apigee Private Cloud, specifically monitoring the following areas. This was needed because of the cost-prohibitive nature of enterprise monitoring solutions ( $ per storage )

- Monitoring of Routers (static provisioned & dynamic)

- Monitoring of Message processoers

- CPU/Network/Monitoring
