OPDK developer portal upgrade fails with SSL enabled

It is a known issue that updating an on-premise Drupal developer portal with SSL enabled and configured (following https://docs.apigee.com/private-cloud/v4.17.09/configuring-portal-use-https) will experience errors during upgrades.

The errors seen in these instances are:

/opt/apigee/apigee-drupal-devportal-4.18.01-0.0.262/conf/devportal.properties: line 7: ssl_certificate_key: command not found
/opt/apigee/apigee-drupal-devportal-4.18.01-0.0.262/conf/devportal.properties: line 11: HTTPS: command not found
Error: update.sh: /opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service exited with unexpected status 1
/opt/apigee/apigee-setup/lib/setup-lib.sh: line 73: : No such file or directory
chown: cannot access ‘’: No such file or directory
Error: update.sh: /opt/apigee/apigee-drupal-devportal/bin/update.sh exited with unexpected status 1

To bypass these errors, remove or comment out SSL configurations in the devportal.properties file (set in step 5 of the above documentation) and run the upgrade. These configurations can be replaced after upgrading.
