After APIGEE on-prime new server setup, for LDAP data migration from old server to new server missed some data for me during restore. The users who were added through UI were lost when the same SMTP details including SMTPMAILFROM property were not set for the UI components. I faced this issue while I restored the back from the old server. Then after adding this property and restart of UI component , again restored the backup. This resolved the issue.
