My setup has MS and OpenLDAP in the same node. Accidentally I installed ld profile to install apigee-openldap before the ms. While installing the ms profile the setup finds LDAP_PEER optional variable causing MS fail to install. So cleaning the node fixes this as it doesn't have any data, other approach is installing with remote ldap flag for the MS.
