Edge Private Cloud on a closed network developer portal call to pull a jquery library off the net fails

If you are running Edge Private Cloud on a closed network then call to pull jquery.min.js will fail as it goes off the net. To resolve this issue you can change the setting as follows:

Under Configuration > Development > jQuery Update and select Performance tab then select to use no CDN
