This article is a great place to start for an introduction to our Support Portal. Feel free to comment with any follow up questions you have or help you need.

  • How do I get an Apigee Support Portal Account?
    You should contact your Company Support portal Admin. They have been given Apigee Support Portal Administration privileges and can create an account for you using the instructions to add a new Apigee Support Portal User. If you do not have an Apigee Support Portal Administrator, you can submit an Apigee Support Portal request to Apigee Support directly. Please allow 24 hours for account creation.
  • How do I contact Support and / or escalate a support case as needed?
    Please reference our Apigee Support and Escalation Process document.
  • What is included in the standard Apigee Enterprise Support Services?
    Apigee’s Support Services are described in our Apigee Enterprise Support Spec Sheet.
  • How do I deactivate/disable a User’s Apigee Support Portal account if they have left our company?
    Follow these instructions to remove users from Apigee Support Portal.

Once registered by your Support Portal Admin, your team members will be able to visit our Support Portal for support of Apigee products.
