How do I get to see the status on the bugs submitted for my support tickets?

You should be able to see the JIRA information/status via 2 methods -

1) Open the ticket you had submitted and the JIRA section should have the following information - JIRA #, Status and Release it was fixed in

2) To see the status for all the JIRA tickets related to your tickets, you can choose the view "All Open JIRA tickets" from the Support Portal. This should provide you a list of all the Support tickets which have a JIRA bug attached. See screenshot below
