Not able to create new API proxy with staring point as No Target

I am getting this error whenever I try to create a new API proxy with No Target starting point.

Error :

Error Deploying com.apigee.zookeeper.ZooKeeperException{ code = zookeeper.ErrorCreatingDirectory, message = Error creating directory for path : /organizations/vaibhav26/environments/test/apiproxies/jokeOauth/revisions/1/statuses/3cb53ac7-7474-4f9a-aa37-86ca9796fdb1, associated contexts = []}

Can you elaborate on the process - using a UI to deploy or command line tool(which one?)

Dear @Vaibhav Heddurshetti ,

Issue has been fixed. Was a zookeeper inconsistency issue, restart and redeploy fixed it.
