The payment team asked that you please remove the "Payment threshold" in Google Pay.
Please go to Subscriptions and Services > "H...i N...a" (due to Pii I'm not displaying your name on the associated bank account) > Settings > Payment Schedule
They expect that to help resolve the payment that is currently not transferring from Google Pay to your bank account.

The payment standard amount was set to 8,000jpy.
The amount to be paid is 36,550jpy, which means that payment should normally be made.
Is it okay to understand that payment is different from Google AdSense?

We have other members that have set up the "Payment threshold" and they are experiencing the same issue of not getting paid. If you remove that filter and still don't get paid this next pay period, we will file a formal ticket to the Google Pay UX team to see if there is an issue somewhere in the process.
If you still would like to add this feature in the future, we can look into this after we have confirmation you have received your first payment.

Unfortunately this is outside the Referral Program's scope. We are dependent on the Google Pay Engineering team to address the issue for all users in Japan.
We hope to have an ETA soon.
In the meantime you can be assured you will get paid. We are constantly monitoring the request to get this fixed as soon as possible.
