Old Super Admin Locked Us Out

We need Super Admin access to our account since our previous Super Admin left our association.

Our President and VPs do not have access to fix this and our previous Super Admin is no longer responding to our messages; locking us out of editing and assigning new super admins/admins to manage our account.

Our old Super Admin is also the only person with access to our web services, so I'm unsure of any way to fix this.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can get full access to our G Suite account back and how we could remove them as a Super Admin?

If this person is a former employee and they are acting maliciously, a call to the department that deals with cybercrime at your local/state law enforcement is also probably a very good idea. Conceptually, this is no different than a former employee vandalizing your business.

I've taken this approach and I'll respond here when I hear back from customer support.
