No Space Manager In Gchat Space

So im in a weird situation here.

I was trying to delete a space but I accidentally demoted myself instead. Now I cant do anything and the space has no space manager. Will the role be automatically reassigned? Will it stay there forever? What should I do?

Note -  I am the only member in the space.

Will it eventually make someone space manager after a certain period of time?

Yes, I believe it's something like 21 days... but you could always use the space management tool in the Admin Console to assign a space manager.
