Help Cancelling G Suite Without Admin Account....???

I am so frustrated with Google!  I just want to cancel my $12/ month charge for G Suite and I can't locate where the subscription is to cancel.  Everything I search on google says "login to Admin" but when I try, it doesn't accept either of my 2 email addresses.  So, I intuitively try to login to each email address I have, manage my account, go to subscriptions and both email addresses show "no subscriptions." I've tried this over & over & over.  I'm not super high tech, but I'm also not dumb and this is so frustrating, this run-around. I even tried to call the Customer Service phone number when I "googled" and it's only for ads and it ends up hanging up.  I JUST WANT TO CANCEL A $12 CHARGE!!!!!!  HELP!

I just want to verify this is for G Suite accounts.  Are the email addresses @gmail.com or @mydomain.com?

You mentioned 2 email addresses so that leads me to believe that you have G Suite subscription with 2 accounts on the basic subscription. It sounds like where you went to look at subscriptions and there were none, these are the subscriptions  to applications like Netflix or Spotify if you signed up to pay through Google.

You are correct when everything says login to the admin panel.  It sounds like you already tried but just to verify you login by going to admin.google.com.  If you are paying $12 a month that means you only have 1 or 2 accounts.  There is a $6 dollar a month option and a $12. One of those two accounts should be an admin.  The only other option would be if you created a free cloud identity user (this is a user that can log in to Google but they don't actually have access to applications like Gmail, Calendar etc.) and made that account an admin.

Also note if you do cancel your G Suite subscription all data and accounts will be deleted as well.

As I am having the same problem I am wondering if you did get this fixed because if you do not have the correct admin information you will not get rid of this subscription. I only have a gmail account and cannot excess the admin console.

I didn't sign up for Google Workspace and I don't have Admin access. I want to get of rid of it. I worked at a company that used G Suite back in 2015 but left in 2017. When you leave they delete everything and cut you off, you have no access. And I honestly don't remember them doing anything with my gmail account. Either way I just want to get rid of Workspace. With my Chromebook I need Admin access to my google account for things and I don't have it because of the G Suite/Workspace. If you guys could help I'd really appreciate it, I'm totally frustrated with this and it's driving nuts.  Thanks

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

Any solution here? Only information I have on the account are the monthly charges but totally unable to get any more information than that.
