Enable tasks in Spaces?

For some reason I am unable to see the Tasks tab in my Google Spaces.

In the new test space I created, there is an "Assign tasks" button, but when I click it I get a toast saying "Your organization doesn't let you use this feature".

I am a full admin of my Google Workspace domain and I have scoured all of the Apps > Google Workspace > Google Chat and Apps > Google Workspace > Tasks settings in the Google Admin and I have not see anything even close to resembling enabling tasks for a Google Chat Space. Can anyone give me some direction on where I can go to enable this?

Can you check which organization unit the user was added and then check if the service is enabled?

I couldn't see any configuration about tasks in the chat configuration of the admin console.
