Swags not received for Google Arcade 2023

Hi, I have been waiting for so long but haven't received my prizes yet. It has been more than 10+ weeks waiting no response from the company responsible for doing this. 

I feel like some steps should be taken regarding this. Please help me out with this google arcade organising team. Looking forward to hearing soon.

Hey there, I know it's frustrating not to hear anything back, hang in there! For reference, during the first season of 2023, I waited 14 weeks before I got the prizes and it seems like it's similar to many people's experiences. So likely you may need to wait a bit longer since the Arcade program is so popular now.

Many people are still waiting, but keep in mind that sending swags is a non-profit operation, so its budget and processing power are limited. Nevertheless, in the end, patience should be rewarded.
