Working with a client who had an engineer leave the company and now they are unable to access the SAS portal. How do we go about either trying to identifying who is still listed on the account so we know where to start, or if we could 'reset' and add an account as admin.
Who and how do I call in as I'm pretty sure we don't want to do this on a public forum. 😉

We are also having issues accessing the SAS portal. Its basically the same issue described above. Can you please assist
