Hi there,

We have a CloudSQL PostgreSQL instance that we want to secure with VPC for connecting with Cloud functions.

Unfortunately when creating the Serverless VPC access we run into the following error:

Unknown error. Original error message: Operation failed: Insufficient CPU quota in region.

We already tried the regions us-central and eu-west3 and checked the quota of our serverless VPC Access API:

• Read requests per minute - Limit: 1000 - Current Usage: 3.9%
• Write requests per minute - Limit: 500 - Current Usage: 0%

Any ideas what to do?

I have the same issue and couldn't find anything online. Is this a recurring problem?
