Solace and Google PubSub Integration

Hello,

I have a customer who wants to make an integration between Google PubSub and Solace Broker and require to do so to have two public URI endpoints, the following https://solace.com/blog/integrating-google-cloud-pub-sub-with-solace/ documentation explains the walkthrough however the solace broker is in a GCP private region which means that the URI is not accessible over the internet. 

I have found that a public Gateway can be set up to do so, but i did not find the documentation on how to do it ? Can someone help please?
