CBSD Device Import and Export Feature.

Hello Google SAS administrators, 

In working with the SAS and creating CBSD's in the test SAS and migrating to the production SAS.

Could you enable the functionality to export CBSDs? There is a Template that can be downloaded however it is not useful in the case that we create the site in the test SAS with all the parameters. It would save a lot of time and maybe relatively easy to implement. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
