Routes Preferred API service not found in project

Hello. I am trying to use Google's Routes Preferred API and when I try to enable this service and type name to APIs & Serivces -> Library the service not found error occurs, I have tried to search it by eye from Maps service tab and still no. Where can I find it?

Currently, Routes Preferred API is only available to select customers. You may contact the sales team to learn more.
