i live in Iran and when my ip changer was turn on i create some projects on google cloud

for this reason I always get an error message with this link

i think if i delete my google cloud projects this problem will be solved

are you agree?

On the other hand i can't access my console in google cloud for deleting my projects

how can i delete my google cloud without google console?

i have important data in my google drive and I don't want them to be deleted
