Have third party registered domain name assigned to my Google Cloud website.

G'day from Australia!

Love your service Google! Documentation is pretty good.;

However, its been twenty five years since doing this sort of thing and I'm pretty green.

When I browse to http://35.189.18.87 the GC website is shown.  What do I ask my domain name host to have oneblood.com.au open my web site on GC.

If I understand your concern correctly, you are trying to host a domain named oneblood.com.au with the external IP address 35.189.18.87.

You should use that IP address as your A record in your DNS and if you prefer to manage your domain's DNS via GCP,  this documentation can help you.

After 48 - 72 hours, you may need to validate that your A record if it has successfully been updated. To verify, you can use this tool.
