URGENT: APIGEE - Unable to reach Support for Production issue. Please help

Hi,

We are desperately trying to resolve an issue with Paid-for APIGEE Edge setup, but no one in our organization has so far been able to successfully contact Support to get help with this issue.

There has been requests made to get access to the Support portal, but unfortunately a possible up-to 3 day wait is not feasible...

How can we get in touch to raise a Support call and get assistance faster?

Calls are intermittently succeeding and  failing with the 404 "Unable to identify proxy for host:" error being returned.

We made no changes to our configurations in APIGEE recently. The problem started occurring at around 1:28am UTC Apr 25 2024..

Any help would be much appreciated.
