Test Cache Response Timeout Restriction

Hi,

We have introduced a Cache Response Timeout Restriction in one of our sharedflows, as part of that - we have configured  CacheLookupTimeoutInSeconds tag as one second(which is a minimum possible value as per Apigee Docs) in Lookup Cache Policy. But, we are unable to test this restriction as our Lookup Cache policy is consuming very less time(maximum of 4-6ms) to retrieve the values. Is there any way, we can validate this Cache Response Timeout restriction for less than 1 sec?
