Need to create Api proxy for Angular application which Authentication method should be used

Hi All,

I have created proxies for system to system Integration and used client_credentials OAuth2.0 everytime.

This time I have a requirement that my client will be Angular App and i have been asking to use just AccessControl policy(IP whitelisting ) and NOT OAuth2.0.

I have a question that will my proxy be secure without OAuth? this will be external facing webui.
