Cannot Signup for Free Trial

I am keep getting the following error after verifying my card details. I tried a lot of times and still getting the same error mentioning This action could not be completed. Try again later.[OR-BSBBF-103] Kindly help me resolve the issue.

Hi Dhina, if this problem persists I'd recommend you reach out to the cloud billing support to see what can be done to unblock you.
