Can I change the storage class name in the overrides of apigee hybrid setup after the installation?

I have a multiregion setup on AKS, I realized the disk that persistent volumes are using for cassandra is not zonal redundant, we want to create a new storage class with zonal redundant disk, is it possible in apigee hybrid to change the storage class name after the installation?
