ApigeeX limits - Planned limits. What will happen if we exceed these limits?

Hi Google Team,

                            There are few limits in ApigeeX which are currently in 'Planned' stage.

For e.g Apps per Developer is 10 (Planned). Currently we have few clients who have exceeded this value.

What would happen when this limit is enforced? How will this affect the existing ones thats already created?

I'm not sure what will exactly happen, but presumably at least it may prevent additional apps for that developer to be created for example.
