Apigee Hybrid V1.8 MessageLogging policy with cloud logging is not sending logs to GCP logs explorer

Hello all,

Approach 1:

Trying to leverage built-in message logging policy with 'cloud logging' to send logs to GCP logs explorer. Deployed the proxy with service account which has '(roles/logging.logWriter)' .. Logs are not being sent to GCP project.

Approach 2:

Tried following this article https://github.com/DinoChiesa/Apigee-GCP-Logging-Example

This flow works when invoked in 'post proxy' flowhook of Apigee Hybrid but not in proxy's postclientflow.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
