Operational and security contacts for your Edge Support Portal

This is available only for the designated Portal Admin users in your organization. You should see the tab named "Key Contacts" if you are one.

Portal Admins for your organization can now nominate up to three contacts to be notified by Apigee on operational alerts or security incidents. The contact information provided should be able to provide a response in 24 hours or less and Apigee asks that it be kept current. Unless the situation is time sensitive, Apigee will use email as the primary method of contact.
