Activate Security Command Center programatically

Hi,

Can someone one confirm if it is possible to activate the product security command center with Standard or Premium tier programatically. Not talking about the service api securitycenter.googleapis.com but the actual SCC product. Enabling the securitycenter.googleapis.com service seems to have no impact on the product activation. Is there a way to have this activated through an API? I can only see documentation on how to do it from the web console/gcp scc product page (screenshot below). Is it also possible to use an api to see if this product is activated?
